'Seven for a Secret' Magpie Painting

This is an oil painting I produced 2 years ago for my art GCSEs; approximately 12 hours or so were spent in total over the course of 2 days.

Oils are my favourite kind of paint; primarily because I can often be a fairly slow artist, and so having paint that takes a few days to dry is a huge help in regards to working at my own pace and being comfortable painting.

The theme was superstitions, thus I decided on a magpie to play into the general myth culture surrounding them.
